Curated content is a monthly email for paid subscribers with curated reads, videos, podcasts and other content which have interested or inspired me this month. For just €6.50 a month (less than 2 coffees!), you can access all paid content.

Friends,

Wherever you are in the world, I hope you are as excited about the spring weather as I am. Maybe because I’m Irish, and my weather expectations are naturally low but it’s been sunny here for what feels like forever. Nothing beats sunshine for making me feel like I have zero problems, even when nothing has actually changed. Life feels lighter in the sunshine and long may that last. Given everything going on in the world, it has gifted me the opportunity to centre myself amidst the madness — grounding myself in small moments each day, savouring small wins, and feeling gratitude for being alive and free.

In case you missed it, I sent an email last week detailing How to Use This Newsletter as Your Online Wisdom School. Beyond just reading what I write, this space can become a ‘container’ for you to invest time in yourself and your growth: a way to bring intentional pauses and reflection into your life in manageable, digestible ways. If this resonates with you, the email explains how you build a practice around the essays and also includes a handy directory of all the essays and posts I have written in the past three years.
