I have been thinking a lot about ‘contribution’ these last few weeks. How it takes time, patience and belief to build a legacy that goes beyond you. I am long on belief but often short on patience so I wrote the piece on incubating purpose this month as much as a reminder for myself as everyone else. I have included some other resources on this idea of balancing commitment and time after the paywall.

For whatever reason, I have come across a lot of interesting work on relationships in their different guises recently and how loneliness appears to be on the rise. Based on these readings, I have included a selection of articles covering how self-care can make us too ‘self’ focused, men and friendships, the struggle of relationships for people who suffer from anxiety and seeking to be in collaboration with people rather than competition.
