Monday Morning Micro-Planning Exercise
Some questions to lead you into the final quarter of the year.
September is my favourite month for planning. Thinking about plans in the context of a final push into year-end feels compact and achievable and as a result, I find it energising. For similar reasons, I am a fan of seasonal planning. For me, breaking the year into seasons makes it easier to understand my true capacity. Thinking seasonally also allows me to align my thinking with the ‘tone’ of the season. An internal signal I have an opportunity to consolidate plans and goals before the year completes.
If you are also in a planning frame of mind, it might support you to reflect on some of the questions I asked myself to focus my attention and clarify my non-negotiables into year-end.
