A topic which comes up regularly in conversations I have about living and leading with purpose is dealing with uncertainty. Purpose and uncertainty go hand-in-hand. If you are seeking more purpose, it means there is not enough now; either in your person, your life, your work or your business. If something is missing, then something must change. For something to change, you must accept the outcome becomes more uncertain. This is the main reason people shy away from purpose and purposeful leadership. It is not because we don’t know what we should do, it is because we are afraid of what we should do.
