I’d love to learn more about healing the nervous system. Curious to learn more about cacao - where do you get it from? It sounds like you’d recommend it rather than coffee ?

Hi Joanna - I like cacao because I feel it has a calming effect on me rather than coffee which I can find too stimulating sometimes. I buy it from Saoro.org and they have plenty of blogs and details about its benefits. On healing the nervous system there are so many practices you can try but for real expertise I would recommend googling Sinead O’Loughlin who is a physiotherapist and expert in the area of the feminine nervous system. She has a website and also on Instagram. Hope it helps. Fiona x
